Graduating Students Assembly

There will be an assembly for students graduating this June 27 during period 5 on Friday, May 10. Very important information will be shared at this time regarding a variety of topics: valedictorian; dates & timelines; invitations; gown/ticket pick-up; Ryerson University; post-secondary destinations; awards, etc.

Mental Health Student Success

Our celebrations for mental health week continue today! Visit the various booths and participate in the planned activities all morning in the Cafeteria.

MSA - Muslim Students' Association - Iftar Night

Garneau will be hosting its first ever Iftar on May 17 from 8-10pm! This event is opened to EVERYONE from Garneau. Purchase a $3 ticket from the caf. Sales start on Monday and ends Friday.

The Reckoner is the award-winning student newspaper of Marc Garneau Collegiate Institute. During the school year, The Reckoner publishes regularly on its website and produces a monthly printed newspaper which is distributed to the school community. The organization is comprised entirely of dedicated student volunteers: some of the best writers, artists, photographers, designers, and developers of the school. In 2016, the organization was named Ontario’s Best High School Electronic Newspaper and Ontario’s Best High School Volunteer Newspaper by the Toronto Star.
